I managed to backup the mods and the MO Paths folder, though I did re-install NVSE and the 4G Patcher. Here's some context, before then the storage drive I used got busted in a way that the files and programs inside could be accessed somewhat but not the driver itself I changed for a new HD and had to re-install the game. Hi, so mod organizer is telling me there is this "Error 2 ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND: The system cannot find the file specified." even though the directory for the managed game matches the directory set for the Managed game.
